Rights and responsibilities
We request that all patients:
- Give at least 24 hours notice if you have to change or cancel an appointment
- Bring proof of entitlement when claiming help with the cost of NHS treatment
- Pay your bill promptly
- Treat our staff with courtesy and respect
You are entitled to:
- A full explanation of your treatment options
- A clear treatment plan including costs
- Information about treatment charges
- Advice on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy
- Make a complaint if you are not happy with the service you receive
